Who We Are

The Transformational Leadership Center is a Rwandan nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities around Rwanda to transform their livelihoods. By building conflict management and leadership skills among community leaders and NGOs, we mobilize communities to work together for poverty reduction, promotion of education, and a peaceful future.

Get Involved

TLC Rwanda is a voluntary non-profit organisation who rely completely on donations. Without support from grant organisations, partners and individuals, we would not be able to do the work we do. Empowering  the younger generation through libraries and members of society to help themselves is what we are passionate about, and we really rely on support and donations from around the world.

Scholarship

TLC helps to coordinate scholarship assistance for the students who participate in the Peace Libraries. TLC is a partner organization with Friends Peace Teams. The Friends Peace Teams, African Great Lakes region supports several students in there elementary and secondary eduction.
